What is the circular economy?

The Circular Economy is a term given to describe an economic system that designs out waste and pollution, keeps products and materials in use, and regenerates natural systems. 

If we are to sustain life on this planet for human beings then we simply must create an economic system that operates in harmony with the natural world. A world in which every system is circular.
